Cleaned up the SketchUp source to the point where the STL can be cleaned in netfabb and come out the other end as one shell.
Instructions
Download the sketchup source.
Export as .dae
Open .dae model in MeshLab and Save As STL.
Add STL to a netfabb project and run a default mesh repair on it.
Export the resulting fixed mesh as STL.
Import the STL into RepG and scale+center as required to slice.
